In the PokerStars client simply go to Tounaments -> Special and look for a tournament called the Daniel Negreanu PCA Freeroll or "Play in the Bahamas w/Daniel Negreanu Freeroll". These poker freerolls are divided into two parts. The first tourneys are called round 1 and the top 1,250 players in each Round 1 Poker Stars freeroll will win a cash prize with the top 200 finishers advancing to the weekly Round 2.
